We offer free delivery within a 20 mile radius of the postcode OL12 0LU, where our unit is located. You are most welcome to collect your order from this address if this is a more convenient option.

If your address is beyond 20 miles from our unit, we may be able to deliver items to you, but at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.

The ordering process

When you place an order on our website, we will message you on the phone number you have provided to confirm the order, and to arrange a convenient delivery date. When this has been decided, we will proceed to build your order and have it in storage ready for delivery. The day before the agreed delivery date, we will contact you again to make sure the delivery is still convenient. If it is, we will deliver it at the agreed date and time. If it is not, we will keep your order in storage until the next convenient delivery date picked by you. We will keep you updated about your order at every step of the way, from order to delivery.

Our lead time for your order is currently less than 2 weeks.

Access

Our drivers are instructed to deliver your bed to your home. In most cases, and at their discretion, they will take the bed into the room of your choosing. Please ensure that you have measured access, particularly the ceiling height on stairs, and taken into consideration any turns which may prevent the bed being taken to any upstairs rooms. When ordering our beds and headboards please note the dimensions given on the product pages and please ensure the items are able to be carried upstairs. In the event that a made to measure bed or headboard cannot physically go up stairs, due to the bespoke nature of the item we are unable to accept returns, and the item will be left at the address.
