Made to measure

All our beds are made to order, in the size, storage configuration, and fabric of your choosing. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, or returns on these items due to their bespoke nature. Please check you are happy before your order, and it is correct before any payment is made.

Amendments to your order may be possible on request, however these are not guaranteed. If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible, and if the production of your item has not started, we will amend the order at no extra cost to you.

Please note that there may be slight variations in the patterns and textures of our fabrics, or that the colour and texture may not be 100% accurately represented or portrayed in the online images. If you would like further details of our fabrics, please contact us and we would be happy to provide you with additional information to allow you to make a choice of fabric you will be happy with.

Access

Our drivers are instructed to deliver your bed to your home. In most cases, and at their discretion, they will take the bed into the room of your choosing. Please ensure that you have measured access, particularly the ceiling height on stairs, and taken into consideration any turns which may prevent the bed being taken to any upstairs rooms. When ordering our beds and headboards, ie King size and above, please note the dimensions given on the product pages and please ensure the items are able to be carried upstairs. In the event that a made to measure bed or headboard cannot physically go up stairs, due to the bespoke nature of the item we are unable to accept returns, and the item will be left at the address. 

Returns/Warranty

All our items come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee which covers all manufacturing faults this excludes wear and tear, accidental damage or negligence on yours or a 3rd parties behalf, using your item incorrectly, modifying the item in anyway including cutting, stitching, glueing, painting, dyeing, drilling the product etc voids your guarantee. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns on opened mattresses due to hygiene reasons.
